The mystery of Agape recounts God's love from a feminine perspective, that is, through the testimony not of the male protagonists, but of the female protagonists of the Bible. Women far from perfect, but in whose weakness God's glory was manifested. The feminine gaze on God is important for the Church to have a correct image of Him; moreover, without a correct image of God, the Church's testimony risks hindering Her work, rather than helping. The male perspective tells us of God's justice, truth, judgment, and power that annihilates evil. The female perspective, if listened to, reveals to us instead the love, passion, grace, and strength of God that give birth to, protect, and nourish life. Grace itself will always remain an ambiguous and contradictory doctrine for believers, until women of faith speak of it.

Davide Mozzato currently serves as pastor of the Adventist churches in Conegliano, Monselice, and Venice, as well as the Bassano del Grappa group. He previously served as pastor of the Adventist church in Florence and as coordinator of the Adventist churches in central Italy. He is the author of numerous articles published in Il Messaggero Avventista and, for the "Segni dei tempi" series, of the three paperbacks: Be Filled with the Holy Spirit (February 2005), Fasting in the Word of God (February 2011), and Diaconia (February 2016).
